In-House Diagnostics

When your pet is sick you want results as soon as possible. At Labahn Veterinary Hospital, our state-of-the-art equipment will give the results need when you need it. We also provide in-house diagnostics for your wellness visits too.

Here is a list of in-house diagnostics we perform:

• Bloodwork
• Fecal analysis
• Urinalysis
• Radiography (x-rays)
• And other lab tests

These tests may be uncomfortable or scary to your pet but please know we will do everything we can to make your pet as comfortable as possible. Every staff member has been trained to use the latest and the best technology to diagnose your pet quickly.

Ultrasound

While radiology can give veterinarians a good picture of what’s going on in hard tissue like bones, an ultrasound provides even more details for soft tissues. Ultrasounds can reveal such things as abnormal masses in the body, and tears in tendons or ligaments. We offer limited ultrasound services.

Endoscopy

Endoscopy is a minimally-invasive way to get detailed pictures of the inside of your pet. Your pet will be put under anesthesia so the endoscope can be inserted into the mouth, nose, or the other end to look at the digestive tract. We offer selective endoscopy services.
